Mr. Hamilton oversees all aspects of the business and engages with customers to help grow their telemedicine networks.
He brings with him twelve years of experience as the Administrative Director at the Medical College of Georgia's Neuroscience Center. There, his responsibilities included directing the clinical and research programs of the Neuroscience Center, and the departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the Medical College of Georgia (MCG). Mr. Hamilton has also served as Program Coordinator for the Children and Youth Project at MCG and worked for Hospital Corporation of America in Aiken, SC, as an Administrative Resident and the Director of Marketing. Hamilton is a Certified Medical Practice Executive as recognized by the American College of Medical Practice Executives. He also holds an MBA and Masters in Healthcare Administration from Georgia State University and B.A.’s in History and Economics from Emory University.
Mr. Hamilton is a founding member of the American Academy of Neurology’s Administrators forum (BRAINS), serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Neurology Practice Management, and also on the board of REACH Call.
Rochele (Shelly) Clark leads the clinical division of REACH Call, which provides clinical account management, expertise and education to develop and sustain telemedicine programs.
Mrs. Clark brings 25+ years of nursing experience, including critical care, emergency and neuroscience nursing. In the latter role, she served as the Stroke Program Coordinator at University Hospital in Syracuse, where she developed the necessary protocols to implement the first NYS-DOH Primary Stroke Center in Central New York. In this role, she established a dedicated stroke service, comprehensive endovascular program and initiated the hub/spoke model for telemedicine. She also served as the Co-Chair of the CNY Stroke Task Force, responsible for coordinating a multi-media campaign for improving stroke awareness in conjunction with the American Heart Association.
Clark holds a B.S.N. from SUNY Upstate Medical University and is a member of the American Heart Association, National Stroke Association and Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International.
Nirav Desai is responsible for the design, development and implementation of marketing, public relations, and product strategies. He also leads business development initiatives and manages strategic partnerships.
Mr. Desai brings 20 years of experience in healthcare technology, telecommunications, and IT across a portfolio ranging from university research startups to Fortune 500 healthcare companies, including several acquisitions. Prior to REACH, Mr. Desai was a Senior Marketing Manager at Baxter Healthcare – Global Infusion Systems, responsible for several lines of infusion pumps. He was also a Global Product Manager with GE Healthcare, managing GE’s worldwide cardiology PACS portfolio and providing leadership on new product development that earned GE Healthcare’s annual award for Productivity. In addition, Mr. Desai held marketing and engineering responsibilities at Aumtech, a leading telecommunications service provider, and served as an internal expert systems consultant with Aetna. He is co-inventor on a patent that led to a university technology spin-off. Mr. Desai holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and a B.S. and M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Desai is a member of the American Heart Association and was also co-founder and President of the Richmond chapter of the Network of South Asian Professionals.
Garfield Jones leads the sales division for REACH Call.
He has spent 30 years in the healthcare industry with the first 12 years in R&D as Director of Clinical Research for the Ethicon Surgical Division of Johnson & Johnson and was responsible for the clinical testing of products ranging from the first internal staplers, laparoscopy, wound healing accelerators, adhesion inhibitors and drug-eluding stents. Mr. Jones has spent the last 18 years in the telemedicine industry with United Medical Network, U.S. TeleMed and InTouch Health in roles ranging from VP of Sales, Director of National Accounts and EVP of Member Services and Implementation. He has been involved with the creation, development and implementation of telestroke and telemedicine networks in a dozen states. He has also developed multiple programs that use innovative communication technologies for tele-surgical education and training and certified CME and CEU courses. Mr. Jones holds a BS in Commerce & Finance from Wilkes University.
Jones was a charter member of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) and has published two papers on Telemedicine in TELEMEDICINE TODAY and GLOBAL TELEMEDICINE REPORT. Mr. Jones and his wife and son reside in northeastern PA.
